Overall, my onboarding experience was smooth. There was not one single element that stood out above the rest, because everything I encountered felt consistently high in quality. From the resources provided to the way the process was run, it was clear a lot of thought had gone into making sure new starters feel supported and set up for success.
One small surprise was my computer arriving earlier than expected. A little more communication would have made that even smoother, but the intent behind it was clear and appreciated.
