Messages may contain confidential or legally privileged information.
- If you are not the intended recipient:
- Please notify the sender immediately,
- Delete the email from your system, and
- Do not copy, share or act upon the content.

Our emails are scanned for viruses and malware, but we cannot guarantee they are free from harmful content.

SLEEQ is not liable for damage caused by malicious code, unauthorised access or corruption during transmission.
5. Accuracy & Legal Reliance
Content is provided in good faith but may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect.
Emails do not constitute legal or contractual commitments unless explicitly stated by an authorised SLEEQ representative using an approved signing method.
6. Contracting & Signatures
Email communication does not form a legally binding contract, purchase order or agreement unless clearly marked as such and executed through a recognised signing platform or signed hard copy.
Unencrypted or unsigned emails do not indicate acceptance of electronic agreements.

All intellectual property in emails and attachments remains the property of SLEEQ or its licensors.
You may not reproduce or share any content unless required for its proper use or with our written permission.
8. Opinions & Advice
Views expressed may be personal to the sender and not represent SLEEQ’s official position.
Informal advice should not be relied on without independent confirmation.
SLEEQ staff are not permitted to include defamatory or unlawful content.
9. Monitoring
Email communications may be monitored or recorded by SLEEQ for security, compliance, legal and business reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, SLEEQ accepts no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss, damage or expense resulting from the use of an email or its content.

Jurisdiction will be determined based on the applicable regional office handling the matter.
